Dunn Lumber Green Lake was established in 2004 and is located on Aurora Avenue North (Highway 99) in the Green Lake neighborhood west of I-5. Dunn Lumber Green Lake is adjacent to local businesses such as ABRA Auto Body & Glass, Crown Inn, and Lamorna Garage.
The Green Lake neighborhood is home to Green Lake Park and the freshwater lake of the same name. The neighborhood is bounded by other North Seattle neighborhoods such as Wallingford, Phinney Ridge, and Woodland Park.

- Continue westbound on 95th St. N. (0.5 miles)

- We are located one mile north of Green Lake on Aurora Ave N. (Highway 99)
SPECIAL LARGE TRUCK/VENDOR DELIVERY DIRECTIONS
Trucks may turn right onto N. 93rd St. from Highway 99 to unload. When exiting, continue east on N. 93rd St. The the the best route is to turn right (south) on Stone Way. A right on N. 90th St. will take you back to Highway 99. Caution must be exercised to avoid parked cars
If possible back your trailer from Highway 99 on to eastbound N. 93rd St. This is only possible in the early morning because of traffic but will allow you to pull directly back to Highway 99 on your departure. Contact us directly for further information concerning deliveries.
