Often times DIY projects are even better than the pre-made product. That’s certainly the case with homemade bleach. While store-bought chlorine bleach can have negative effects on health, especially for children, this homemade bleach is non-toxic and perfect for green cleaning. You’ll find this DIY homemade bleach perfect for naturally removing stains, cleaning your tub and shower, and disinfecting countertops.

Step 1

Mix the hydrogen peroxide, vinegar, and lemon juice together with the water in a spray bottle. Then incorporate your favorite essential oils. For long term storage keep in a non-clear bottle. If your spray bottle is clear, simply spray paint it to keep the light out.
